To get this axe, you can get it by going to the Cold Cape Pub in the Winterland Region and look for a hooded villager standing near the pub. You will want to save the game before interacting with the villager, as they only have a 2% of dropping the axe. Then, defeat them by engaging with them using Ochette or Hikari.
The Battle-tested Bow gives 390 Attack Power and +120 crit. It also has a chance to lower the enemy’s physical defense. You can get this weapon by defeating the Trainer NPC that is standing outside the Inn in New Delsta. Again, the drop chance is 2% so make sure you save the game first! Use Ochette or Hikari to engage with the NPC and then defeat them to get your hands on the bow!
To get the Battle-tested Staff, you will want to defeat the Trainer NPC at the Northeast Church in Canalbrine. It is another 2% chance, so save the game before you get into a fight with them!
