The Battle At Jaku Hospital Takes A Terrifying Turn In New My Hero Academia Episode

What date and time will My Hero Academia anime season 6 episode 5 (118) release around the world via Crunchyroll?

It’s been an unusual start to the sixth TV season of the My Hero Academia anime.

On the one hand, the series has delivered five action-packed episodes that feel akin to The Avengers assembling for the final battle against Thanos in Endgame.

On the other hand, the series has dropped lower and lower on the MyAnimeList rankings, currently sitting at just the 10th highest-rated anime of the 2022 Fall broadcasting slate.

Thankfully, there is another installment of My Hero Academia set to premiere in just a few short hours – so what date and time will season 6 episode 5 (118) release worldwide?

A quick recap of episode 117 ‘Inheritance’

My Hero Academia season 6 episode 4 was titled ‘Inheritance’ and opened with Dabi overpowering Hawks using the Blueflames as an act of revenge for Twice’s death.

Hawks claims that he has no information about Dabi’s past, but he instead says that he has never cared about the League’s ambitions’ only that he will make “Stain’s Will” a reality. He reveals his true identity which shocks Hawks as Dabi prepares to burn him alive; sadly, we don’t hear what was said in this scene.

Back at Jaku hospital, Mirko finds herself losing against the High-Ends, she decides to rush their defenses and sprints towards Shigaraki’s containment capsule. She is severely injured by one of the High Ends, but with help from Endeavor and Eraser Head, she is able to destroy the pod when it’s at just 75% completion.

Garaki tries to awaken Shigaraki, but Present Mic is able to completely destroy the lab before he can get to the control panel. At the same time, Shigaraki finds himself in a shattered mindscape, where he sees visions from his childhood.

A silhouetted All For One gesture towards him, but images of his family hold him back – they disintegrate as he enters the darkness. Back at Jaku Hospital, a jolt of electricity awakens Shigaraki…
