The PC version of Assassin’s Creed Chronicles Trilogy is currently free to download | VGC


Ubisoft is currently giving away the PC version of Assassin’s Creed Chronicles Trilogy.

Players can download a free copy of the collection on Ubisoft Connect PC until November 12 at 10am local time.

Developed by UK-based Climax Studios in collaboration with Ubisoft Montreal, the trilogy of 2.5D stealth adventures usually carries a full price of $24.99 / £20.99 on Ubisoft’s online store.

“Assassin’s Creed Chronicles takes players to three distinct civilizations and periods throughout history including the Ming dynasty at the start of its downfall, the Sikh Empire as it prepares for war in India, and the aftermath of the Red October revolution,” reads the product description.

“While each Assassin’s story stands on its own, the chronicle is tied together narratively.”

The collection is being given away as part of Ubisoft’s 35th anniversary celebrations, which also include a digital sale on its titles over the next few days. The publisher offering up to 75% off a selection of games in the UK and up to 80% off in the US.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla title update 1.40 launched earlier on Tuesday. The game’s latest new content includes Tombs of the Fallen, which features four puzzle-focused tombs for players to discover in England, plus new trophies/achievements for completing them.

The Oskoreia Festival, which will take place from November 11 until December 2, will include new quests and activities including horseback riding and a tournament against spirits.
