More data from 2022 (delivered by Monster) tells us that:

- changing roles to be more flexible (37%)
- increasing benefits and perks (35%)
- offering skills trainings & increase in salaries (32%)
2) Increasing salary and wages is a top initiative for these industries:
- leisure / hospitality (39%)
- technology (39%)
- healthcare (41%)
